My happy place

This was my happy place. During the lockdown in England in 2020, I would often go to Meanwood Park, which is 1.3 miles from my residence hall, to enjoy being surrounded by nature. Visiting this park changed my definition of a park. The 29-hectare park has a lot of open spaces, different kinds of plants and animals and a stream. People come here for walks, run or picnic. To me, this place was most stunning in autumn, when the picture was taken, when the leaves turned brownish or yellowish. When living in England, I learned to treasure sunlight – which is abundant in a tropical country in Vietnam.
